MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Perry, OK, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to Veterans by screening for obesity, offering personalized referrals to weight management services, and presenting a variety of treatment options tailored to meet each individual's needs and preferences. The program features diverse care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app offers valuable tools for weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with obesity. Interested Veterans can connect with a local MOVE!
