Food and Nutrition Program

In Okemah, Oklahoma, the Food and Nutrition Program is dedicated to alleviating hunger and promoting health within the community. Our mission is to ensure that no individual faces the difficult choice of sacrificing a nutritious meal for essential needs like utilities or medication. We offer a range of vital services, including weekly meals, a bi-monthly farmers' market, nutritious monthly grocery distributions, personalized dietetic services, and emergency grocery assistance available up to four times a year. Together, we work to provide food assistance that nourishes bodies and supports families, fostering a healthier, stronger community.
