MOVE! Weight Management Program

Based in Miami, OK, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with personalized weight management support tailored to their unique preferences. MOVE! offers a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact when needed. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who require additional assistance after participating in MOVE!.
