In Mcalester, OK, the Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) program is dedicated to fostering healthy nutrition for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. By providing essential services such as nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, and dedicated breastfeeding support, WIC plays a crucial role in enhancing the health and well-being of families in our community. Additionally, we offer referrals for healthcare, ensuring that our participants receive comprehensive support for their nutritional and health needs.
