ADvantage, located in Madill, OK, is dedicated to helping older adults and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence while staying close to their loved ones. Our Home and Community Based ADvantage Waiver program offers a range of essential services designed to support a fulfilling life in the community rather than in a nursing facility. We provide personalized case management, skilled nursing care, assistance with daily living activities, home-delivered meals, and access to specialized medical equipment. Additional services include prescription medication management, home modifications, assisted living options, adult day health care, and hospice services. We understand the importance of care and community, and we invite those interested to apply online or contact our Medicaid Services Unit to assist with the application process.
