At Senior Nutrition in Locust Grove, OK, we are dedicated to providing nourishing meals and fostering a vibrant community for seniors aged 60 and over. Our program serves delicious, nutritious meals at various nutrition sites, complemented by engaging group activities like bingo, cards, dominoes, and exercise classes designed to promote social interaction and well-being. Beyond meals, we offer vital services such as health screenings, nutrition education, and medication management, all supported by our attentive Site Manager who assists with local resources and activity coordination. We understand dietary concerns and provide access to a registered dietitian once a month for individualized guidance. For seniors unable to attend in person, we deliver meals right to their door, ensuring no one has to go without. Our dedicated Outreach Representatives help identify and refer seniors to additional resources as needed, making sure we address all unmet needs while promoting a healthy and connected lifestyle. We encourage meal donations but they are not a requirement for participation.
