MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Locust Grove, OK, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who utilizes VA services for obesity and provide tailored referrals to appropriate weight management resources. MOVE! offers a variety of care options to accommodate different needs, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that allows for in-home support. For those who prefer self-directed management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist Veterans on their journey. Additionally, we connect individuals to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing persistent weight-related challenges.
