ADvantage is dedicated to empowering eligible adults, particularly the elderly and individuals with disabilities, by providing essential support services that enable them to live independently in Lexington, OK, surrounded by their loved ones. Through our Home and Community Based Waiver program, we offer a comprehensive range of services including case management, personal care, skilled nursing, home-delivered meals, specialized medical equipment, prescription medications, home modifications, assisted living, adult day health, and hospice care. Our mission is to ensure that every participant receives the care they need to thrive at home. We facilitate the application process online, and for those who need assistance, our Medicaid Services Unit is available to help set up a telephone application appointment.
