ADvantage is dedicated to empowering older adults and individuals with disabilities in Jenks, OK, by offering a comprehensive Home and Community Based Waiver program that serves as a supportive alternative to nursing facility placement. Our mission focuses on promoting independence while allowing clients to remain close to their family and friends. We provide a variety of essential services including case management, personal care, skilled nursing, home-delivered meals, specialized medical equipment, prescription medications, home modifications, assisted living, adult day health, and hospice care.
