At the Sam Hider Health Center in Jay, OK, we are proud to be part of the Cherokee Nation’s commitment to providing comprehensive health care services to our communities. Our extensive range of services includes medical, pediatric, dental, optometry, pharmacy with mail order, laboratory, radiology, nutritional services, mammography, public health initiatives, contract care, behavioral health, and community health services. We strive to promote optimal health for the Cherokee people, fostering healthy communities that benefit current and future generations. Eligibility for services encompasses individuals of Native American ancestry, non-Native American pregnant women with Native American partners, and non-Native individuals residing in a Native American household when health risks are present. We welcome those who meet these criteria and are prepared with necessary documents, including a CDIB or tribal citizenship card, to access quality health care. Our doors are open Monday through Friday to ensure that everyone can receive the care they need.
