Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Guthrie, OK, provides compassionate and informed meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program conducts live, virtual group meal sessions that foster a welcoming environment for participants to enjoy meals together while receiving essential emotional and nutritional support. Offered four times daily, our sessions are led by dedicated nutrition practitioners who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring that participants receive professional guidance in a safe space. We understand the importance of community in the recovery journey and invite those in need of structured meal support to join us as we work together toward healing and wellness.
