Located in Fort Sill, OK, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and support for individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia. Our mission is to improve the lives of low-income individuals by offering access to specialized resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We understand the urgent needs of our community and strive to deliver practical solutions that ensure our clients receive the nutritional support they require while navigating their unique dietary challenges.
