Our extensive list of services includes medical, pediatrics, behavioral health, dental, optometry, physical therapy, and wellness programs, along with innovative features like our on-site Wellness Workout Center and Dexa Scanning. We strive to promote healthy lifestyles through health promotion, disease prevention, and nutrition services, ensuring that all members of our community can access the care they need. Our doors are open Monday through Friday, and we welcome eligible individuals of Native American ancestry, as well as specific non-Native American patients, to utilize our robust health offerings.
