ADvantage is dedicated to empowering older adults and individuals with disabilities in El Reno, OK, by providing essential services to facilitate independence and enhance quality of life while keeping them near their loved ones. Our Home and Community Based ADvantage Waiver program offers a range of support, including case management, personal care, skilled nursing, home-delivered meals, specialized medical equipment, prescription medications, home modifications, assisted living, adult day health, and hospice care. We prioritize the well-being of our clients and their families, ensuring that they have access to the resources they need to thrive in their own homes. Applications can conveniently be completed online, and for those who prefer assistance, our Medicaid Services Unit is available to help with telephone applications.
