Heather Puckett

Heather Puckett is a licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges of life. She understands that many face overwhelming obstacles that can make it feel as though there is no hope. With a compassionate approach, Heather’s aim is to empower those who are struggling with past experiences, current challenges, or worries about the future, reminding them that they are the architects of their lives and that their past does not have to define them. Her practice includes working with children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, grief, and complex trauma stemming from child abuse, neglect, violence, and traumatic loss. As a TBRI® Practitioner trained in various trauma-informed counseling modalities, including ITCT-A and TF-CBT, Heather believes in the importance of creating a space where everyone feels heard and understood. By meeting clients where they are in their journey, she fosters a supportive environment that facilitates the processing of traumatic experiences and other obstacles they may encounter.
