Our mission focuses on partnering with individuals and families to promote optimal health for current and future generations. We offer medical services, public health nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, WIC, behavioral health, and nutritional guidance, along with specialty clinics for diabetes management. Eligibility for our services is designed to support the Native American community, requiring either a Certified Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card or a Cherokee Nation Tribal citizenship card. Non-Native individuals can also access our services under certain conditions, ensuring we address public health needs effectively.
