ADvantage is dedicated to supporting the independence and well-being of older adults and individuals with disabilities in Collinsville, OK, by offering essential services that allow them to remain in their homes and connected to their loved ones. Our Home and Community Based ADvantage Waiver program serves as an alternative to nursing facility placements, providing comprehensive case management, personal care, skilled nursing, home-delivered meals, specialized medical equipment and supplies, necessary prescription medications, home modifications, assisted living options, adult day health services, and compassionate hospice care.
