Baby Supplies, located in Choctaw, OK, is dedicated to ensuring that every infant and toddler under the age of four has access to essential resources during times of need. Our mission is to provide emergency food assistance, including formula, toddler food, and diapers, as well as other basic necessities such as bottles and wipes. Each child is eligible for up to four visits per calendar year, allowing families to receive crucial support when it matters most. We invite families in need to reach out and schedule an appointment, as we are here to deliver care and vital assistance to the youngest members of our community.
