Women, Infant and Children Supplemental Food Program (WIC)

The Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Food Program (WIC) in Chandler, OK, part of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, along with infants and children up to age five. Our program provides essential food assistance through supplemental nutritious foods and offers comprehensive health and nutrition education, referrals, and counseling on nutrition and breastfeeding. By focusing on crucial areas such as prenatal nutrition, infant birth weight, iron deficiency anemia, and early childhood development, we strive to create a healthy future for families in our community.
