Located in Blackwell, Oklahoma, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for low-income individuals living with dysphagia. We provide essential food assistance tailored to their needs, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
