Becky Appelfeller, an Art Therapist with credentials in MAT, CRS, BEP, and DPSc, profoundly believes that a shift in emotions and beliefs can transform an entire life. She understands that feelings of depression, despair, anxiety, and fear can disrupt the alignment necessary for functional living and for manifesting one’s desires. Recognizing that the body is a reflection of habits, beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, she emphasizes the importance of addressing stress to prevent disease. Becky supports individuals and families in fostering body/mind/spirit health at a deep cellular level, making a significant difference between healing and stagnation. Her holistic approach to healing is rooted in advanced training in Energy Medicine and a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Gestalt Therapy, Rubenfeld Synergy, Neural Emotional Technique, Matrix Energetics, and Bio-Energetic Medicine.
