She utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based psychotherapies, to address a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, sleep disorders, and substance abuse. With extensive experience as a treatment clinician, Phyliss has worked with Lorain County Recovery Court and Veterans' Court, as well as serving as an on-site mental health clinician for the Quick Response Teams of Avon and Avon Lake. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor.
