Understanding the impact of food insecurity on health, we offer free shelf-stable food to our patients and provide food pharmacy referrals for those requiring special diets. Our clinic also emphasizes chronic disease management, offering education and support for high blood pressure, diabetes, and respiratory conditions. In addition to healthcare services, we facilitate Narcan/naloxone training, confidential HIV testing, financial counseling, and assistance with health insurance enrollment. We welcome everyone, regardless of insurance status, and operate on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure everyone has access to essential care, opening our doors at 5:30 p.m. and welcoming patients until we close at 7:30 p.m.
