CommunityCare Free Medical Clinic, located in Perrysburg, OH, is a compassionate, student-run non-profit dedicated to delivering quality healthcare services to underserved individuals in the Toledo area. Our mission is to provide comprehensive primary care with dignity, bridging gaps for those without insurance or financial resources. We offer a range of essential services, including free shelf-stable food, vision screenings, mental health counseling referrals, physical and occupational rehabilitation, and educational support for managing conditions like hypertension and diabetes. Patients facing food insecurity can access our food pharmacy for special dietary needs, and we also provide confidential HIV testing, Narcan/naloxone training, and financial counseling. CommunityCare welcomes all patients without appointments, serving them in the order of their arrival. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., ensuring that everyone who registers during our hours can receive the care they need.
