Hayle Fisher

Hayle Fisher is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a passion for working with preteens, teens, and adults. Often, individuals find themselves at a crossroad, caught between extremes. Hayle guides her clients towards finding a middle path in their journeys, helping them navigate their experiences and emotions together. Her approach fosters a respectful, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment, enabling clients to achieve their goals and build satisfying lives that are lived to their fullest rather than simply endured. With expertise in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Hayle collaborates with individuals and facilitates group therapy, creating a safe space for growth. Additionally, she coordinates the Adolescent Mental Health DBT-IOP and leads Parent Skill Support Group Sessions, providing valuable resources and encouragement for parents of adolescents. Hayle is dedicated to helping her clients take the first step towards counseling, working together to identify goals, explore values and emotions, and enhance coping skills.
