We serve individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, as well as offering a convenient self-pay option for those who seek quality meal delivery without insurance coverage. Whether you're a recipient of Medicaid benefits or exploring options for post-discharge meals through your Medicare Advantage plan, our team is here to assist you in navigating eligibility requirements. For those choosing to self-pay, our meals are both customizable and affordable, priced at just $7.75 per meal. In addition to our meal delivery service, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support your health journey.
