Lisa Hollo

Lisa Hollo is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio and Indiana, as well as a Registered Art Therapist in Ohio. Her focus is on supporting individuals who have experienced adverse life events and various traumas, including sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, loss and/or separation, and domestic violence. Those facing mental health symptoms and trauma exposure, or who live and work in high-stress environments, can significantly benefit from her understanding of how these elements may intersect and impact one another. Utilizing a trauma-specific, depth-oriented, evidenced-based approach, Lisa works with clients to address mental health and substance abuse symptoms. With 16 years of experience working with both youth and adults across diverse settings, she is trained in techniques such as TFCBT, SBIRT, EMDR, CBT, DBT, crisis work, and motivational interviewing. Lisa provides out-of-pocket services for a more personalized, intuitive, and person-centered experience. Recognizing that support is essential during times of heavy emotional processing, she believes that adverse life events, taxing careers or relationships, mental health diagnoses, and substance abuse challenges do not denote weaknesses or shortcomings of willpower. With time and the right assistance, Lisa imparts hope and reassurance that individuals can embark on a journey toward feeling better.
