At Rose Centers for Aging Well in Lakewood, OH, we are dedicated to combating food insecurity among homebound older adults aged 60 and above in Cuyahoga County. Our home-delivered meals program provides nutritious hot and cold meals five days a week, with deliveries made directly to clients’ doors between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Our friendly and professional staff not only deliver meals but also offer a caring check-in for loved ones at home. We prioritize balanced nutrition by offering diverse menus that include protein, dairy, starches, and fresh fruits and vegetables, featuring both hot and cold options like turkey sandwiches, fruit cups, and yogurt. We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions to ensure meaningful meals for everyone. Accepted payment options include Medicaid Waiver and PASSPORT MyCare Ohio plans, as well as self-pay arrangements.
