Mobile Food Pantries, organized by Lutheran Social Services in Grove City, OH, is dedicated to addressing food insecurity by bringing essential food assistance directly to communities in need. Our mission is to serve families facing hunger by providing nutritious food options through accessible mobile pantries. This program serves residents of Franklin, Delaware, and Fairfield Counties, ensuring that no one goes without the basic nutritional support they deserve. We welcome local residents to visit our mobile food pantry, with no referral needed for Franklin and Delaware County residents. To help facilitate a smooth visit, individuals from other areas may contact us for referrals before accessing our services. In response to economic challenges exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, we have expanded eligibility criteria, making our essential food support available to more community members, up to 230% of the federal poverty level. Together, we strive to foster a stronger, healthier community by meeting individuals where they are and providing the nourishment they need.
