Promise House

Located in Galloway, Ohio, Promise House is a dedicated student-led community resource center and food pantry specifically designed for Otterbein students, aimed at fostering a supportive environment and dismantling socioeconomic barriers to ensure student success. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including a community café, clothing assistance, and an on-campus food pantry that provides emergency food supplies. Our commitment extends to connecting students with vital community resources through referrals, alongside peer advocacy and volunteer opportunities. Promise House also features an emergency mini-grant program to assist with various urgent needs like car repairs, textbooks, clothing, and health expenses, along with providing school supplies and toiletries. To further empower students, we host educational workshops covering topics such as financial wellness. We invite all Otterbein students seeking assistance to visit us and explore the resources available to support their educational journey.
