Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to eligible individuals in Dublin, OH, ensuring access to nutritious options for those covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our meal program is designed by Registered Dietitians to cater to various health needs, addressing 36 medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while also adhering to dietary restrictions, with meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those receiving Medicaid or Older American Act support, eligibility for our meal delivery can be confirmed through a Case Manager or local Agency on Aging. We also serve Medicare Advantage beneficiaries through select PPO plans. Additionally, individuals seeking self-pay options can enjoy our nutritious meals for just $7.75 each, providing flexibility and convenience. Beyond meal delivery, N4L offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, helping clients maintain their health and wellness with personalized nutritional support.
