Promise House

Located in Delaware, OH, Promise House serves as a vital resource center and food pantry dedicated to supporting Otterbein students as they navigate their academic journeys. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment that fosters community bonds while addressing the socioeconomic challenges students face. We offer a range of essential services, including a community café, clothing assistance, an on-campus food pantry that provides emergency food support, and referrals to local resources. Students can also benefit from peer advocacy, volunteer opportunities, and emergency mini-grants to cover urgent needs like car repairs, textbooks, and health expenses. Additionally, we provide school supplies, toiletries, and educational workshops focusing on skills like financial wellness, empowering students to achieve success in their studies and beyond.
