Kristie Wilson is a seasoned counselor holding a Master’s degree and LPC credentials. With extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence, children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities, she understands the unique challenges faced by individuals from diverse backgrounds. Having navigated the complexities of raising a child with a disability, Kristie brings a personal understanding to her practice, reinforcing her belief that all therapy should be trauma-informed. Her primary therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Kristie also possesses specialized training in career counseling, which complements her broad understanding of the various ways people experience pain and distress. Her areas of focus encompass ADHD, Spectrum Disorder, anger management, couples and relationship counseling, anxiety, depression, stress management, and conduct and behavioral problems. Kristie's approach is not only professional but also empathetic, as she genuinely seeks to support her clients on their path to healing and self-discovery.
