S. Lorena Snodgrass is a dedicated and compassionate Marriage & Family Therapist, IMFT-S, LMFT-S, ATR-BC, committed to working with adults and adolescents. She specializes in trauma and attachment-focused therapy, utilizing a client-centered, affirming, collaborative, and relational approach. S. Lorena offers support to clients grappling with issues related to trauma, PTSD, and grief and loss. With specialized training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a somatic trauma therapy, and being Board Certified in Art Therapy, she brings a rich toolkit to her therapeutic practice. As a proud ally of the LGBTQ community, S. Lorena is affirming of all sexual, gender, and relational identities. Additionally, she serves as a Clinical Supervisor, providing mentorship to pre-licensed MFT/ATR trainees. Recognizing that life's challenges can feel overwhelming, S.
