Nora Wightman is a compassionate Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) specializing in the treatment of adults and adolescents grappling with various challenges, including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, thought disorders, and relationship issues. She earned her Master’s degree from The Ohio State University and pursued advanced post-graduate training at the Gestalt Institute of Central Ohio and EMDRIA. With experience in private practice, residential treatment, and community mental health environments, Nora employs a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), along with her expertise in attachment and somatic-based psychotherapy.
