Kelly Rothert is a compassionate clinical social worker and therapist who believes in the unique power of individuals and their strengths to overcome life's obstacles. Her client-centered approach focuses on the individual needs and preferences of those she serves. Kelly works with adults and employs a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Narrative Therapy. She has extensive experience assisting individuals coping with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and dissociation, among other personal challenges. Specializing in trauma and dissociation, Kelly has received comprehensive training through the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD) and has also mastered Clinical Hypnosis and CISM. Before her journey into social work, Kelly dedicated 17 years to teaching children in both regular and special education settings. She holds a BA in Early Childhood Education, a M.Ed. in Special Education: Emotional/Behavioral Disorders, and an MSW in Clinical Social Work.
