Annie Kondrot, MSW, LISW, is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist who believes that positive relationships stand as the most powerful agents of healing. She specializes in working with individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, body image issues, life transitions, and histories of trauma, including physical or sexual abuse or neglect. Through a warm, person-centered approach, Annie aids her clients in strengthening not only their relationship with her but also with their loved ones and, ultimately, themselves. Her formal training includes therapeutic methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including trauma-focused CBT, and the Infant Mental Health therapeutic model, which emphasizes enhancing parent-child relationships and attachment. Annie employs an eclectic mix of methods to tailor her treatment to each individual’s needs. Committed to client safety, she currently provides telehealth sessions. Annie is proud to identify as body and sex-positive and especially enjoys working with Millennial and Gen-Z clients, as well as those in non-traditional relationships, including polyamory and kink.
