At the Rose Centers for Aging Well in Cleveland, OH, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of food-insecure, homebound older adults aged 60 and over in Cuyahoga County by providing essential home-delivered meals. Our program offers a nutritious meal each weekday, delivered between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. by our professionally trained staff, who not only deliver warm and cold meals but also a friendly check-in for loved ones at home. Each meal is thoughtfully prepared to meet the diverse nutritional needs of our participants, including a variety of hot and cold options such as hearty turkey sandwiches, fresh fruit cups, and healthy yogurt.
