After relocating to Cincinnati in 1981, Susan dedicated six additional years to outpatient public mental health services. In 1987, she transitioned to private practice at The Center for Psychotherapy, where she flourished for 16 years, collaborating closely with Adult and Child Psychiatrists in her ongoing work with children, adults, and families. In 2003, she joined The Family Therapy Center, where her therapeutic approach integrates psycho-social and cognitive-behavioral techniques. Susan possesses extensive experience in supporting families, couples, children (especially those under six years old with their parents), adolescents, and adults. Her special areas of interest include ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, spirituality, LGBTQ+ issues, parenting, marital concerns, and grief and loss.
