Helen Magers is a skilled Counselor with an MEd and established credentials as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). With a background that includes graduation from Xavier University in 1995, she is highly proficient in working with teens, adults, and elders (65+), addressing top issues such as grief, trauma, PTSD, and addiction. Trained in EMDR, Helen excels at helping individuals overcome traumatic experiences and has extensive experience treating substance abuse and addictions. She finds fulfillment in supporting both men and women, as well as adolescents, on their journey to self-discovery. Helen believes that her clients inherently possess the solutions to their challenges, and she sees her role as a facilitator to assist them in uncovering these answers in a safe and supportive environment.
