As an eclectic, intuitive, and compassionate practitioner, she believes her clients are the experts of their own lives and narrators of their stories. Eva understands that each individual's expectations, needs, and experiences play a vital role in guiding the therapeutic journey. She facilitates growth, exploration, processing, and skill development, ensuring therapy integrates into every stage of healing—whether it involves preparing for future challenges, coping with current obstacles, or working through past traumas and interpersonal struggles. With experience serving adults (18+) grappling with challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and substance use, Eva draws on her background as a Registered Yoga Teacher, her B.S. in Psychology, and her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to address the needs of the body, mind, and spirit.
