Ann Faber, a licensed independent social worker (LISW) and clinical therapist, brings over 30 years of rich experience in the mental health field, specializing in working with adolescents, adults, and families. With more than a dozen years in private practice, she previously dedicated two decades to the psychiatric emergency department at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. There, she played a pivotal role in developing the mobile crisis team, as well as a comprehensive training program aimed at equipping police departments in Hamilton County with essential skills for managing mental health issues. Additionally, her expertise extends to providing individual and family therapy at the mood disorders clinic at UCMC and supporting veterans on the post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) unit at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center.
