CommunityCare Free Medical Clinic, located in Bowling Green, OH, is dedicated to providing compassionate, quality healthcare to underserved populations in the Toledo area. As a student-run, non-profit organization, we offer a range of free services including comprehensive primary care, vision screenings, and mental health referrals. Recognizing the urgent need for food assistance, we also provide shelf-stable food for our patients and referrals to food pharmacies for those facing food insecurity. Our commitment extends to education and management for conditions like hypertension and diabetes, as well as vital services such as Narcan/naloxone training and confidential HIV testing. At CommunityCare, we welcome all individuals, regardless of insurance status, ensuring they receive the care they need without the barrier of appointments. Our doors open at 5:30 p.m. and close at 7:30 p.m., allowing everyone who registers during this time to be seen.
