Colleen Barrows

Colleen Barrows is a dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who embraces the complex journey of self-discovery for her clients. She understands that many individuals reach a pivotal moment when they begin to question their long-held beliefs and feelings of isolation. Colleen recognizes the courage it takes to initiate this process and is committed to supporting her clients as they explore their inner voices that guide them toward healing. With a strong belief that relational harm can underlie much of our pain, she fosters a therapeutic environment that emphasizes connection and collaborative healing. She invites individuals to share their stories and offers creative and playful methods in therapy, particularly with children and adolescents, to facilitate expression and understanding. Colleen has a passion for working with young adults and adults facing grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. She aspires to walk alongside those seeking greater self-awareness and healing, enabling them to live authentically and fully from within.
