Stephanie Liggett is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, holding an MSSA and LISW, with a rich educational background from Case Western Reserve University, where she graduated in 2001. With a focus on serving teens and adults, she understands that life can often feel overwhelming, whether due to family responsibilities, work, school, or a combination of these pressures. Her expertise lies in addressing anxiety, depression, and women's issues, often stemming from the challenges of life’s demands. Stephanie has extensive experience supporting women of all ages as they navigate difficult emotions, past traumas, and complex relationship issues. By harnessing her clients' strengths, she facilitates a deeper understanding of current emotional states and behaviors, helping to clarify their wants and needs while promoting acceptance and personal growth.
