Emily Plank is a Licensed Professional Counselor who feels deeply honored to accompany individuals on their journey towards wholeness as they confront traumas related to safety, identity, family, sexuality, faith, and harmful relationships. Her aspiration is to empower her clients to live authentically, boldly, and freely, embracing their true selves. Emily meets clients where they are, guiding them in identifying and pursuing their personal goals with confidence. With extensive training and experience in trauma-focused therapies, including attachment and somatic-focused EMDR, she addresses the accompanying challenges of depression and anxiety that often accompany both the pain and healing processes.
