Billie Gilliam

Billie Gilliam is a dedicated counselor with a profound belief that surviving life is merely existing, while truly thriving is about living fully. She views freedom as an incremental process, and through her counseling practice, she creates a nurturing space for her clients to discover this freedom step by step. With her unique three-prong approach, she helps individuals explore the meaning of their experiences, their visceral emotional responses, and the historical messages that shape their current thoughts and behaviors. Billie empowers her clients to manage the unknown and develop confidence in the face of uncertainty. Her therapeutic philosophy emphasizes the importance of process over product, guiding individuals to uncover the paradigms that may hinder their ability to thrive. Billie's mission is to facilitate understanding of personal pain, integration, and ultimately, personal growth.
