Beth Steinberg is a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist with 26 years of experience in the field. She believes that many of the answers needed for healing can be found within individuals themselves. Beth collaborates with clients to identify and eliminate the obstacles that inhibit their access to inner wisdom and healing. As a level 2 graduate of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, she is also pursuing certification in this specialty. Throughout her career, Beth has worked in both community mental health and private practice settings, with expertise in managing trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and self-harming behaviors. Her training specifically emphasizes trauma-informed care.
