Cancer Transitions offers a compassionate, evidence-based program designed specifically for cancer survivors in Yonkers, NY, who have completed their treatment. While our primary focus is on individuals who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, we welcome anyone on their survivorship journey, regardless of when their treatment ended.
