Early Head Start

Early Head Start in Yonkers, NY is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of low-income infants, toddlers, and their families, as well as supporting pregnant women. We offer a range of comprehensive child development and family support services designed to meet the unique needs of our community. Our Center-Based services provide enriching early learning experiences in a nurturing environment, complemented by biannual home visits to connect with families. For those who prefer personalized support, our Home-Based services include weekly visits focused on enhancing parents' ability to nurture their child's development, supplemented with twice-monthly group gatherings for shared learning and social engagement. We also offer Family Child Care services in a warm, family-like setting and Combination services that integrate both home and center-based approaches. Our programs address critical areas including nutrition, health and safety, mental health, and child development.
